Abstrak

Latar Belakang: Transformasi digital di rumah sakit menuntut perawat memiliki kompetensi informatika untuk mendukung keselamatan pasien dan kualitas dokumentasi. Tujuan: Mendeskripsikan kompetensi informatika perawat di rumah sakit menggunakan Self-Assessment of Nursing Informatics Competencies Scale (SANICS) Metode: Studi cross sectional berbasis survei dengan analisis univariat. Data sekunder dianalisis dari 220 perawat. Instrumen SANICS terdiri dari 30 item (skor 30–150; semakin tinggi skor menunjukkan kompetensi yang lebih baik) pada lima subskala. Analisis meliputi statistik deskriptif dan reliabilitas (Cronbach’s alpha). Penelitian ini di lakukan di RS Pemerintah tipe C. Hasil: Skor total SANICS berada pada rerata 87.98 (SD 19.57). Skor rata-rata per item 2.93 (rentang 1–5) mengindikasikan kompetensi pada tingkat sedang. Subskala dengan rerata per item terendah adalah Applied computer skills: clinical informatics (ACS) 2.60, sedangkan tertinggi adalah Basic computer knowledge and skills (BCKS) 3.03. Reliabilitas internal SANICS sangat baik (alpha 0.971). Kesimpulan: Temuan ini menunjukkan kebutuhan penguatan kompetensi pada area keterampilan terapan (clinical informatics) melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, pendampingan unit, dan dukungan organisasi untuk memperkuat integrasi sistem informasi dalam praktik keperawatan.
