WOUND CARE MANAGEMENT POST EARTHQUAKE : A SCOPING REVIEW

Bencana gempa bumi dapat mengakibatkan berbagai jenis cedera atau luka kepada para korban. Cedera yang paling umum terjadi adalah memar atau abrasi, diikuti oleh laserasi, dan patah tulang. Tujuan yaitu untuk meninjau bukti terkini manajement perawatan luka pasca bencana gempa bumi. Pencarian literatur yang dilakukan dalam scoping review ini adalah dengan menggunakan PRISMA guidelines and the Cochrane Handbook. Pencarian literatur menggunakan database PubMed, ScienceDirect, Wiley, Proquest, dan juga EBSCHOST dengan menggunakan kata kunci Wound care management [MeSH Terms] AND Injury [MeSH Terms] AND Post Eartquake [MeSH Terms]. Kriteria inklusi Full text, publikasi 10 tahun terakhir dan berbahasa English. Terdapat 10 artikel terpilih yang kemudian dianalisis. Artikel membahas tentang manajemen perawatan luka. Kami membahas masalah manajemen perawatan luka pasca terjadinya bencana gempa bumi yang terkait tentang jenis injuri atau trauma, bagaimana proses evakuasi, metode yang digunakan dalam penanganan luka, serta mencegah terjadinya komplikasi. Telaah literatur ini menetapkan ringkasan dalam manajemen perawatan luka pasca bencana gempa bumi. Jenis injury atau trauma serta metode yang digunakan dalam manajemen perawatan luka pasca bencana gempa bumi.Referensi
